When to report: 45 minutes before your scheduled event begins (see on linked IHSA pages on the left menu above the IHSA logo)

Where to report: volunteers should enter the track using the small volunteer/worker gate, located behind the big scoreboard on the southeast corner of the stadium. walk down the sidewalk and report the table where volunteers will be checked in to receive your worker pass, t-shirt and final instructions

We are still looking for several volunteers to fill available positions with some of the field events on both Friday and Saturday. If needed, we may switch some volunteers from their desired positions to fill in where needed. If you know of anyone else who can volunteer, please have them sign up as soon as possible!
