2001- OVC Outdoor "Athlete of the Year"... Won the 200m, 400m and 1600m Relay at both the OVC Indoor and Outdoor Championships... Ran Personal Best of 20.90 in winning the Big Blue Classic 200 meters...
2000- Ran Seasonal best of 21.10 in the 200m and Personal Best of 46.25 in winning the 400 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships... Hit Indoor 400m PR of 47.06 in runner-up finish at OVC Indoor meet... Ran PR of 51.61 in the 400m Int. Hurdles at the Drake Relays...
1999- Set EIU Freshmen Record in the 400 meter dash with a time of 48.32...

300m Int. Hurdles- as a senior finished 3rd in AA with a time of 37.89 and also placed 5th as a junior
110m High Hurdles- 5th place finish as a senior... ran 14.0 to win the Peoria Sectional... Relays- Jarrod has State medals in three different relays... 400m Relay- 5th place... 800m Relay- 6th (Jr) and 2nd (Sr)... 1600m Relay- 7th (Jr) and 4th (Sr)
