ALBUQUERQUE – Eastern Illinois pole vaulter Peter Geraghty placed 11th at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday evening.
Geraghty cleared 17'8.50" during the meet, one of eight athletes to clear that height. Geraghty tied for 11th based on number of attempts matching Chase Wolfle of Texas A&M.
The Panthers will open their 2014 outdoor track season on March 29 at Southern Illinois.
