Mike is a junior middle distance runner in track... competed during 2008 indoor and outdoor seasons specializing in 600m indoor and 800m outdoor... top 600m time 1:25.86 at Friday Night Special... competed in five indoor meets in 2007... four outdoor competitions with a top 800m time of 1:59.84 at the Western Illinois Invite... HIGH SCHOOL:state qualifier as member of 4x800 relay team as a junior H.D. Jacobs HS... IHSA Class 2A State champion in 4x800 relay as a senior with winning time of 7:40.02 which set IHSA record for event.
