EASTERN: Caitlin is a sophomore who will compete in hurdles... personal record of 9.23 at EIU Friday Night special is 9th best EIU indoor mark... also competed in 200m 400m and 600m dash... ran the 100m and 400m hurdles during outdoor season scoring points for EIU in both events at OVC Outdoor Championships... personal record of 14.79 in 100 hurdles set at Vanderbilt ranks tied for 6th on EIU career list... ranks 8th on EIU list in 400 hurdles with time of 1:03.55 set at OVC Championships.

 

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped for coach Christian Marselack at Lockport High earning varsity letters in track and basketball… four-time All-State in 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 4x200 and 4x400 relays… set high school record for 55m hurdles, 100m hurdles… 300m hurdles, 4x200, 4x400, 400m indoors and 800m Medley… fifth at state championships in 300m as a junior and senior… eighth in state championships in 800m Medley as a senior… team captain… All-SICA West Conference… team won SICA West Conference.

 

Personal: Majoring in communications disorders and sciences… daughter of Mary Ellen and Mike Finnegan.
