EASTERN: Crystal is a junior sprinter who also competes in javelin during outdoor season... best indoor finish was fifth at the EIU Early Bird in the 200 meters... scored points for EIU Outdoor OVC championship team with an 8th place finish in the javelin... had a third place finish in the 400 meter indoor with a time of 1:02.73 at the 2007 EIU Friday Night Special... top time in the 400 meter indoor was a 1:01.08 in the prelims at the 2006 OVC Indoor Championships... had season best time of 8.41 in the 60 meter dash... scored a top 3 finish in the javelin during the outdoor season with a toss of 117-11.0 at the SIUE Twilight.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped for coaches Carol Schramm and Dustin McDonald at Pana High School earning varsity letters in volleyball, basketball and track… Most Improved for track… team won regional and sectional championships in volleyball… won South Central Conference track championship in 2005.
